Cardinal Contractors' safety record is one to be proud of. Our team members are highly trained, know their equipment and environment, and work to high standards of safety and care.

Over the years we have achieved three significant safety awards and milestones:

  • 1200 days LTI free at Tanami
  • 1500 days LTI free at Jundee
  • 2500 days LTI free at Telfer

Cardinal Contractors was a key partner in winning the prestigious Golden Gecko Award for Environmental Excellence in minesite decommissioning and rehabilitation of the Mt McClure Gold Mine with the Newmont Bronzewing Operation in 2004. A commitment to environmental excellence has been our continued legacy.

Cardinal Contractors is working towards ISO 9002 quality assurance standard certification with all documentation and quality assurance based on ISO accreditation.
